Frequently Asked Questions

Charging stations - Is it possible to charge my car?

To offer additional service to our guests, Hoom Home & Hotel is now installing charging stations for electric cars at our hotels around Sweden.

Environmental thinking - Recycling?

Of course, we think about the environment and the earth's resources and therefore have high demands on sorting waste.

Breakfast – is breakfast available at the hotel?

Breakfast bag can be pre-ordered (additional cost) no later than 3 days before arrival.

Cards – may I pay by credit or debit card?

Yes, we accept payments made with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. We reserve the right on occasion to take a deposit in advance of arrival.

Checking in and out – when is it possible to check in and by what time must I check out?

Check in anytime between 15.00 and 23.00. Check out between 06.00 and 12.00.

Children – is it possible for children to stay in the hotel?

Yes, children are always welcome and there is access to children’s beds or extra full-size beds if required.

Cleaning – how often is the apartments cleaned?

We offer one scheduled cleaning per week. If you require us to clean your apartment more often, this may be booked in the reception.

Extra beds – are there extra beds available?

There are extra beds for both children and adults, maximum 1 extra bed per apartment. Reserve an extra bed at the time of booking. Extra charges may apply, and the supplement will not be included in the main booking, but payable separately during your stay.

Fitness training – can I work out at the hotel?

As a guest with us, you have free entry to train in our fitness centre.

In- och utcheckning - Mellan vilka tider kan jag checka in och när måste jag vara utcheckad?

Incheckning sker mellan 15.00 och 23.00. Utcheckning sker mellan 06.00 och 12.00.

Internet – is the Internet available?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi, available throughout the hotel, and in all apartments.

Languages spoken – is the reception multilingual?

Yes, our receptionists speak Swedish, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.

Laundry room – is there a washing machine available?

Yes, we have a laundry room with modern washing machines, where you can do your own washing. Detergent included. We can also offer a laundry service thru the reception.

Outdoors? – is there a garden, square or park that belongs to the hotel?

The hotel has a garden and space to relax, barbecue and enjoy picnics.

Parking – is there parking available at the hotel?

Yes, there are 20 parking lots available just outside the hotel.

Pets – are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Yes, dogs are accepted in some apartments. Must be pre-booked.

Printer – is there access to a printer at the hotel?

Yes, our reception can help with printouts

Public rooms?

There is a lobby and loungeroom and a fitness centre. Garden area with outside furniture. There is also a laundry room for which you can reserve a time.

Reception – is the reception manned?

Yes, the reception is manned 24 hours a day.

Rooms – are there rooms of differing sizes available?

All of our rooms are configured as separate studio apartments, each measuring 25 square meters in total. Each has its own kitchen, dining table, sofa and bed. Each apartment also has its own balcony. A quarter of the apartments have a double bed (1.40 cm Queen size) and the rest of them are equipped with single beds, 80 cm wide. The apartment can also be furnished with two single, twin beds.

Smoking – is smoking allowed in the apartments?

No, all apartments are non-smoking, as is the whole of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel – how many apartments are there?

There is a total of 70 apartments, incorporated within six connected buildings. Each building has three floors.
