HOOM Home & Hotel Sigtuna located in Rosersberg, north of Stockholm, northeast of Uppsala.

At the front of the hotel is the entrance and free parking is available. The hotel is unmanned and offers check-in express service, instead of checking in at one reception, guests are offered to check in with their mobile phones. Instructions on how to proceed the check- in express will be emailed in time for the arrival. HOOM HOME HOTEL employees are available 24 hours through our telephone service.

Behind the building’s anthracite-grey facade and large windows, there are 26 smart and well-planned apartments. 25 apartments are 30 square meters, and 2 apartments are 22 square meters. All the apartments are well designed to provide ample space for the preparation of food, recreation, and socializing.

Varied options and comfort in smart and flexible accommodation

To cope with staying away from home for longer periods, a fair degree of comfort in pleasant surroundings are a prerequisite. It should be a pleasure to get “home”. If you working day has been long, you will find peaceful green areas nearby. Fysingens nature reserve area with outside bath place just a few kilometers away. We’ve paid particular attention to the kitchens in our apartments. It’s important for us that you are able to retain your routines and dietary norms, even when you are away from home for several days at a time. Our kitchens are fully equipped, with refrigerators and freezers, stove and Microwave, meaning you can prepare your own meals and continue to eat the food of your choice, even though you are staying in a hotel. So if you like, you can avoid ready-cooked dinners and live both healthily and inexpensively.

At HOOM Home & Hotel, individuals who are visiting Stockholm or Uppsala are welcome to make reservations, exactly as they would for a traditional hotel.

The main advantage with making a booking at HOOM Home & Hotel is that you have access to your own apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom with shower and a lovely comfortable bed – all this instead of just a traditional hotel room.

The apartments are 30 square meters, comprising 1 room and a kitchen. They are stylishly furnished and fully equipped for self-catering. The material standard is high.

The kitchen is the heart of every apartment, generously and cleverly planned. You have everything you need to prepare your own meals. The kitchen area and living room are furnished in a modern Scandinavian style, featuring pastel colours. You can choose between twinbed (two 90cm beds), 140cm and 180cm Swedish made – beds. The rooms have plenty of practical storage options.

For you as a corporate contract customer you will have access to our larger COworking space for free. The workingspace are furnished with working desks - and chairs, bright and pleasant area with panorama view of road E4, with the opportunity to see all the planes taking off at the airport Arlanda. If you do not have one corporate agreement or are a private guest, it is possible to book access to the shared office space to one additional cost.
